摘要

“

命元三焦系统”是由命门、元气及三焦组成的一个生命本原系统。该系统以命门为核心，命门产生先天元气，先天元气由三焦输布于周身内外，从而调控脏腑经络的活动。基于“命元三焦系统”认为特发性膜性肾病以命元亏虚、脾肾不足为发病基础，三焦气化不利、痰湿瘀阻滞肾络为核心环节；命元虚衰，浊毒内蕴，损及肾络为终末转归。临床治疗应以温补命元为本，疏利三焦为辅，并针对瘀血、痰湿、浊毒等标实证的不同，分别施以活血化瘀、祛痰除湿、祛浊通络等治法。

Abstract

The

mingyuan

sanjiao

（命元三焦） system is a primordial life system composed of the mingmen （gate of vitality）， original

， and

sanjiao.

The system is centered on the vital gate， where the primordial

is generated and transmitted through the

sanjiao

to the inside and outside of the body， thus regulating the activities of the

zang

（脏腑） organs and channel meridians. Based on the system， it is believed that idiopathic membranous nephropathy （IMN） has its pathogenic foundation in the deficiency of

mingyuan

and insufficiency of the spleen and kidney. The core mechanism involves impaired

transformation within

sanjiao

and the obstruction of the renal collaterals by phlegm， dampness， and stasis. and the decline of the

mingyuan

， the internal accumulation of the turbid toxin， and the damage to the kidney channels as the final regression. The clinical treatment of this disease should be warming and tonifying the vital gate and primordial

supplemented by dredging and benefiting the

sanjiao

， and applying treatments such as activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis， dispelling phlegm and removing dampness， and draining turbidity and clearing up the channels for the different signs of blood stasis， phlegm and dampness， and turbidity and toxins， respectively.
