Time Sequential Differentiation and Treatment of Atherosclerosis Under the Guidance of the Theory of "Accumulation in Pulse":Taking Coronary Heart Disease as An Example
Combining the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, based on the theory of "accumulation in the pulse", atherosclerosis is differentiated and treatd from three stages including gathering in the pulse, accumulation in the pulse and heat toxins in the pulse. Based on the combination of disease and syndrome, we combined the pathological mechanism of atherosclerosis in the time dimension with the sequential changes of the pathogenesis of "deficiency-phlegm-stasis-toxins", and initially constructed a phased and sequential treatment strategy of "disease-syndrome-time" under the guidance of the "accumulation in the pulse" theory. Taking coronary heart disease as an example, this sequential treatment plan in clinical practice was applied. In the early stage of plaque formation, spleen deficiency as the root cause, and internal obstruction of phlegm and dampness as manifestations, the treatment should focus on strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm, clearing and promoting blood circulation; during the progressive stage of plaques, the deficiency of spleen and kidneys as the root cause, and binding of phlegm and blood stasis as manifestations, the treatment should focus on tonifying the kidneys and strengthening the spleen, softening hardness and dissipating masses; during the vulnerable period of plaques,
