摘要

根据唐宗海“阴阳水火气血论”探讨分期辨治溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的思路。根据病情UC分为活动期和缓解期，并可见多种肠外症状。活动期进一步分为重度和轻中度，重度活动期毒聚肠胃、血为气蒸，当利湿解毒、逐邪清源；轻中度活动期风气动血，症状稍缓，当清火养血，散风调气。缓解期脏腑亏损、邪气留滞，当扶正补虚、养阴固本；各种肠外症状则以清热活血通络为法，灵活施治。

Abstract

This study explored staging differentiation and treatment of ulcerative colitis （UC） based on TANG Zonghai's "

yin

yang

， water-fire，

-blood theory". UC is classified into active and remission stages， with various extraintestinal symptoms observed. The active stage could be further divided into severe and mild-to-moderate stages. At the severe active stage， toxins accumulate in the intestines and stomach， and blood is steamed by

， so treatment should focus on draining dampness and resolving toxins， expelling pathogens and clearing the source； at the mild-to-moderate active stage， wind and

agitate the blood， with slightly milder symptoms， so treatment should clear fire and nourish the blood， disperse wind and regulate

； at remission stage， there is organ deficiency and pathogenic

stagnation， so treatment should reinforce healthy

and supplement deficiency， nourish

yin

and consolidate root； for various extraintestinal symptoms， the approach should clear heat， activate blood， and unblock meridians， with flexible application of treatment.
