Explore the Pathogenesis,Prevention and Treatment of Lung Cancer Metastasis Based on "Lipid Turbidity Generating Toxicity"
Based on the close association between the imbalance of lipid metabolism homeostasis and the formation of the lung cancer immunesuppressive microenvironment, and combing with the clinical practice, this article proposes that "lipid turbidity generating toxicity" constitutes an important pathomechanism underlying lung cancer metastasis. It is believed that lipid turbidity has the dual charac
teristics of lipid turbidity and stickiness as well as pathogenic toxins invading and wandering. The key lies in the dysfunction of spleen's transformation and transportation, failing to return body fluids to normal, and the stickiness transforming into lipid turbidity. The accumulation of lipid turbidity blocks the
sanjiao
(三焦), causing heat accumulation due to prolonged constraint, which transforms into toxins damaging the meridians and internal organs, leading to the invasion and metastasis of pathogenic toxins. A targeted treatment approach is proposed, which emphasizes fortifying the spleen and promoting transformation, eliminating lipid and resolving toxin, and promoting the flow of the
sanjiao
. The aim is to regulate the imbalance of lipid metabolism homeostasis to reshape the immunesuppressive microenvironment, with the expectation of guiding clinical practice in preventing and treating lung cancer metastasis with traditional Chinese medicine.
