摘要

湿热毒蕴证是类风湿关节炎（RA）活动期的核心证型，常表现为高疾病活动度、迅蚀骨节及多脏器损伤，直接影响疾病转归。按照中华中医药学会标准制订流程，运用文献系统评价、德尔菲法、层次分析法、诊断性试验等方法，结合多轮专家研讨与论证，制订RA湿热毒蕴证诊断及证候评价标准，为临床诊断提供标准化依据，助力临床决策。

Abstract

Damp-heat toxin accumulation is the core syndrome during the active stage of rheumatoid arthritis （RA）， often presenting with high disease activity， rapidly progressive joint erosion， and multi-organ damage， directly affecting disease prognosis. Following the standard formulation procedures of the China Association of Chinese Medicine， methods including systematic literature review， Delphi method， analytic hierarchy process， and diagnostic tests were used， combined with multiple rounds of expert discussion and evaluation， to establish diagnostic and syndrome evaluation criteria for damp-heat toxin accumulation syndrome in RA. These criteria provide standardized references for clinical diagnosis of RA and support precise clinical decision-making.
