摘要

基于“体脏合痹”理论，构建风湿免疫病体-脏动态关联的诊疗思维框架。在阐释“体脏合痹”理论内涵的基础上，从免疫稳态和异常免疫反应两个方面对“体脏合痹”理论进行中西医学互释；提出“体脏合痹”理论指导下诊断思维、治疗思维、预防思维、康复思维的四维整合诊疗思维体系框架，并对该框架结合现代技术的发展前景进行展望，为风湿免疫病的中西医结合诊疗提供思路和方法。

Abstract

Based on the theory of the integration of body and viscera in

（痹） disorders， this paper constructs a diagnostic and therapeutic framework emphasizing the dynamic interrelation between the body and internal organs in rheumatic and immunological diseases. On the foundation of elucidating the theoretical connotation of "integration of body and viscera in

disorders"， the concept is interpreted through both traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and modern biomedical perspectives， focusing on immune homeostasis and abnormal immune responses. Under this theoretical guidance， a four-dimensional integrative diagnostic and therapeutic thinking framework is proposed， encompassing diagnostic， therapeutic， preventive， and rehabilitative dimensions. Furthermore， this paper explores the prospects of combining this framework with modern medical technologies， aiming to provide new ideas and methodologies for the integrated TCM and western medical management of rheumatic and immunological diseases.
