摘要

恶性肿瘤症状群是由恶性肿瘤本身及其治疗引发的多症状集合，具有共同的病理生理基础。基于中医整体观与系统论，提出病证症同辨、形气神同调的整合诊疗模式。恶性肿瘤症状群具有“虚-毒-损-郁”的动态病机，补虚、解毒、疗损、通郁四法联用为其治疗策略。该诊疗模式通过病-证-症三维诊断体系与形-气-神立体调治框架，可为恶性肿瘤症状群管理提供具有中医特色的解决方案。

Abstract

Cancer symptom clusters （CSCs） represent multidimensional symptom aggregates caused by malignancies and the treatments， characterized by shared pathophysiological mechanisms. Based on the holistic view and systems theory of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， this paper puts forward an integrated diagnosis and treatment model of "disease-syndrome-symptom differentiation and form-

-spirit coordination". CSCs have a dynamic pathogenesis of "deficiency-toxin-damage-constraint"， and the treatment strategy involves a combined strategy of tonifying deficiency， resolving toxins， treating damage and dredging constraint. By employing a three-dimensional diagnostic system of disease-syndrome-symptom and a multidimensional regulatory framework of form-

-spirit， this diagnostic and treatment model provides a TCM-based solution for CSCs management.
