Discussion on the Dynamic Pathogenesis of Coronary Heart Disease from the Perspective of "Qi Transporting in the Vessels,Blood Flowing in the Vessels, and the Vessels are the Pivotal"
and blood in traditional Chinese medicine, this paper innovatively put forward and constructed the three-dimensional dynamic disease mechanism model of "
qi
transportating in the vessels, blood flowing in the vessels, and the vessels as the pivot", which points out that the vessels are the key pivot for the transportation of
qi
and blood, when vessels are unobstructed, they maintain normal physiological functions; when vessels lose their regulatory role, diseases occur. This model also explains the law of dynamic pathogenesis evolution of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CAD), in which CAD is divided into three stages. At dysfunction stage, riggers such as emotional disturbance lead to abnormal
qi
movement, slowing down the distribution of
qi
and blood, and inducing early symptoms of CAD, which are mainly manifested as functional disorders. At structural damage stage, the pivot regulatory function of vessels is lost, resulting in stagnation of
qi
and blood, and accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis, which further causes structural damage to vessels, leading to a more complex condition. At multi-organ involvement stage, vessels fail to act as the pivot, causing disordered flow of
qi
and blood and involvement of multiple

organs, eventually leading to systemic failure with a poor prognosis. In terms of treatment strategies, based on the characteristics of different stages, a three-in-one therapeutic principle of "regulating
qi
, smoothing vessels, and activating blood" is proposed, so as to regulate
qi
and blood to restore the pivot function of vessels during dysfunctional stage, to unblock vessels and protect their pivot function during structural damage stage, and to harmonize

organs and correct the disordered
qi
and blood during multi-organ involvement stage.
