摘要

复发性流产病因多样、发病机制复杂、临床表现各异，严重危害患者身心健康。中西医结合防治复发性流产具有丰富的临床经验，在祛除病因、调经种子、安胎方面具有明显的优势和特色。随着新的研究成果和循证医学证据的出现，需对2023版《复发性流产中西医结合诊疗指南》进行更新和完善。因此，以中西医临床关键问题为导向，遵循循证医学原则，客观评价中西医结合诊治证据，经专家充分论证形成本指南，以期提高复发性流产的临床诊疗水平。

Abstract

Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion （RSA） is characterized by diverse etiologies， complex pathogenesis， and heterogeneous clinical manifestations， posing serious threats to patients' physical and mental health. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine approaches to the prevention and treatment of RSA have accumulated extensive clinical experience and demonstrate distinct advantages in eliminating etiological factors， regulating menstruation

and promoting conception， and preventing miscarriage. With the emergence of new research findings and evidence from evidence-based medicine， it is necessary to update and refine the 2023 edition of the

Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion with the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.

Accordingly， guided by key clinical questions in both Chinese and western medicine and adhering to principles of evidence-based medicine， this guideline objectively evaluates the evidence for integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment. Following comprehensive expert deliberation， the guideline has been formulated to improve the clinical management and treatment outcomes of RSA.
