摘要

通过梳理近年来相关文献，结合不同医家对津络学说概念、临床应用的理解，提出津络可与毛细淋巴管相类的认识。并从玄府气液学说出发，提炼出津络的核心功能及“滞-瘀-虚-损”的病变过程，凝练出不同病变过程的适宜处方及用药，同时总结了当代学者运用津络学说辨治呼吸系统、循环系统、泌尿系统等疾病的经验，旨在对津络的概念、功能、病理变化过程、临床应用和治疗方药进行辨析探讨，以期为临床疾病的诊疗提供新思路。

Abstract

By systematically reviewing relevant literature published in recent years and synthesizing different scholarly interpretations of the concept and clinical applications of fluids collaterals theory， this paper has proposed that fluids collaterals may be analoguous to capillary lymphatic vessels. Based on the theory of "sweat pore，

and fluids"， the core functions of fluids collaterals are summarized， along with the pathological progression characterized as "stagnation-stasis-deficiency-damage". Corresponding prescriptions and medication strategies suitable for different stages of this pathological process are refined. In addition， the experiences of contemporary scholars in applying fluids collaterals theory to the differentiation and treatment of diseases of the respiratory， circulatory， and urinary systems are summarized. This study aims to analyze and discuss the concept， functions， pathological processes， clinical applications， and therapeutic prescriptions related to fluids collaterals， in order to provide new perspectives for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
