摘要

“伏明”即火运不及，为阳气屈伏不申、光明之令不行所致，表现为火德不彰、阳气虚衰，长气不宣、阴乘阳位，火运不及、寒气妄行。基于“伏明”探析慢性冠脉综合征的中医病机及治法，认为火运不及、阳气屈伏为其基本病机，并从彰显火德、明曜火政、振奋火运、助心行血等方面阐述治疗方法，为慢性冠脉综合征的中医诊治拓展思路。

Abstract

"Hidden brightness" refers to the suppression of

yang qi

， resulting in the failure of the bright and luminous command to take effect. This manifests as the failure of the fire element to flourish， the depletion of

yang qi

， the failure of the long energy to spread， the invasion of

yin

into the

yang

position， the deficiency of the fire circuit， and the uncontrolled movement of cold

. This article explores the pathogenesis and treatment methods of chronic coronary syndrome （CCS） from the perspective of the "hidden brightness" theory， proposing that the fundamental pathogenesis lies in the deficiency of the fire circuit and the suppression of

yang qi

. It discusses therapeutic approaches from the perspectives of enhancing the fire element， clarifying the fire governance， invigorating the fire circuit， and assisting the heart in promoting blood circulation， thereby providing new insights for the diagnosis and treatment of CCS using traditional Chinese medicine.
