摘要

认为寒邪在高脂血症的发生发展过程中具有关键推动作用，外寒侵袭、内寒渐生以及现代生活方式所致阳气暗耗，均为高脂血症的发生提供病理基础。基于此，提出高脂血症从寒辨治应针对寒易伤阳、寒性凝滞、寒主收引的致病特点，灵活运用温补、温化、温通之法，以期为高脂血症的中医辨治提供理论参考。

Abstract

It is proposed that cold pathogen plays an important promoting role in the onset and progression of hyperlipidemia. External exposure to cold， the gradual generation of internal cold， and the covert consumption of yang

caused by modern lifestyle factors may all provide a pathological basis for the development of hyperlipidemia. Based on the pathogenic characteristics of cold， namely its tendency to damage

yang

， induce stagnation， and cause contraction， this paper suggests that the treatment of hyperlipidemia should focus on warming and tonifying， warming a

nd resolving， and warming and unblocking， respectively. This provides a theoretical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of hyperlipidemia with traditional Chinese medicine.
