摘要

中医药治疗缺血性中风具有多途径、多靶点和个体化治疗的优势，辨证准确是决定中医临床疗效的基本保证。为进一步规范缺血性中风脾肾两虚证临床诊疗工作，项目组遵照中华中医药学会有关共识制订技术方案，在文献研究、德尔菲法研究及临床调查基础上，组织全国相关领域专家制订《缺血性中风脾肾两虚证诊断专家共识》，以期为缺血性中风临床实践、科学研究提供参考。

Abstract

Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has the advantages in the treatment of ischemic stroke， including multi-pathway， multi-target， and individualized therapeutic approaches. Accurate syndrome di

fferentiation is the fundamental guarantee of clinical efficacy in TCM. To further standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome， the project team formulated a technical plan in accordance with the relevant consensus of the Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine. Based on literature research， Delphi method， and clinical surveys， experts nationwide in related fields have been organized to develop the
