摘要

从香气开郁散结、醒脾助运、合和五脏以及怡情养性等角度阐述中医香薰法治疗抑郁症的理论依据。在此基础上对中医香薰法治疗抑郁症的应用前景进行展望，认为未来应加强香薰法的高质量临床研究证据，围绕“鼻-脑”通路深化起效机制研究，探索香薰心身综合干预方案，控制香薰法潜在安全风险，以及促进临床成果转化与新剂型研发，进一步规范和推动中医香薰法抗抑郁治疗的临床应用。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the theoretical basis of aromatherapy in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for treating depression， from the perspectives of aromatic properties in relieving constraint and dispersing stagnation， awakening the spleen and promoting its transportation function， harmonizing the five

（脏） organs， and regulating emotions to nurture mental well-being. The potential clinical applications of TCM aromatherapy are also discussed. In the future， it is necessary to strengthen high-quality clinical evidence about aromatherapy， deepen mechanism studies with an emphasis on the "nose-brain" pathway， explore aromatherapy-based integrative mind-body intervention strategies， assess and control potential safety risks， as well as promote the translation of clinical findings and the development of novel dosage forms. These efforts will help standardize and advance the clinical application of TCM aromatherapy in the management of depression.
