摘要

认为莫旺综合征（MoS）核心病机为五脏虚损、内风扰动，痰、热、瘀参与其中，本虚致风动、生痰化热致瘀。临床分为三期辨治：急性发作期以标实为主，风痰热瘀相互胶着，治宜熄风、化痰、清热、祛瘀；缓解期本虚标实兼见，治当标本兼顾；恢复期以本虚为主，当以扶正为主。

Abstract

The core pathogenesis of Morvan syndrome （MoS） lies in five

zang

（脏） organs depletion and internal wind stirring， with the involvement of phlegm， heat， and stasis. Root deficiency leads to wind stirring， which further generates phlegm， transforms into heat， and causes stasis. The disease is divided into three stages for treatment. In the acute stage， branch excess predominates with intermingled wind， phlegm， heat， and stasis， for which treatment should focus on extinguishing wind， resolving phlegm， clearing heat， and removing stasis. In the remission stage， both root deficiency and branch excess are present， and treatment should address both the root cause and the manifestations simultaneously. In the recovery stage， root deficiency predominates， and treatment should focus on reinforcing healthy
