摘要

<正> 自1975年以来

我们深入我省边境高疟地区进行疟疾的防治研究工作。三年来

应用青蒿素治疗疟疾病人207例

并在当地同时用氯喹治疗80例以作对照。现将青蒿素的临床抗疟作用及其毒副作用的观察结果报告于下。病例选择与观察方法

Abstract

207 cases of tertian and malignant malaria treated with Qinghaosu of various prepara- tions are reported in this article.Among which seventy cases and more were treated with oil and oil suspension preparations.EGG

liver and renal function tests were made before and after treatment.No toxic and side effects were noticed.The result showed that Qing- haosu is an antimalaria drug with high and rapid effect

low toxicity.
