摘要

积雪草治疗溃疡病能迅速减轻自觉症状

治疗后10天内

止痛达48%

反酸嗳气消失达51.5%。治疗后2～3个月钡餐复查

龛影消失65.4%。动物实验证实

积雪草对大白鼠幽门结扎溃疡和应激性溃疡都有显著抑制效果。积雪草并不减少结扎幽门大白鼠的胃液分泌量

反而增加其分泌量

但有抑制胃酸分泌的作用。积雪草对大白鼠在体胃和离体胃的运动也均有抑制作用。

Abstract

In treating peptic ulcer with Gentella asiatica（L.）Urban

subjective symptoms may be decreased promptly.10 days after treatment

pain-relief rate was 48%

disapp- earance rate of the gastric juice reflux and the eructation reached 51.5%

2—3 months after treatment

reexamination Barium meal revealed that the niche disappearance rate was 65.4%.The experiment showed that this herb has an outstanding effect on ulcer induced by pylorus ligation and stress ulcer. Gentella asiatica（L.）Urban does not dec- rease the gastric secretion of the rats with ligation of pylorus

on the contrary it may excite the gastric acid secretion.Gentella asiatica（L.）Urban may also inhibit the mo- vement of the stomach of rats both in vitro and in vivo.
