摘要

本文报道猪苓提取物（"757"）对机体免疫功能影响的动物实验结果。溶血空斑形成试验发现"757"对正常小鼠无作用

但使荷瘤小鼠脾脏抗体形成细胞明显增多

而且这种作用产生在免疫之后

说明"757"有显著促进抗体形成作用

也说明"757"对抗体是一种良好的免疫调节剂。在小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能实验中发现"757"能显著提高荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活力

与化疗（5-氟脲嘧啶）合用可以纠正化疗所致的免疫功能低下现象

使吞噬功能不下降

维持在单独使用"757"的水平。通过小鼠移植物抗宿主反应（GVH）及小鼠胸腺重量变化实验

表明"757"对 T 细胞具有轻度抑制作用

但是

是否是选择性地抑制了抑制活性 T 细胞（Suppressor T cell）所致

尚须进一步探讨。

Abstract

According to the result of experiment of hemolytic plaque

antibody formation cells were significantly increased by"757"in tumor-bearing mice

but not in normal mice. This phenomenon indicated that"757"has a marked promotive or potentiating effect on antibody formation after first immuni- zation

and it is a good immuno-regulator of antibody. According to the experiment of phagocy- tosis of abdominal cavity macrophage

"757" significantly increased phagocytosis of abdo- minal cavity macrophage in tumor-bearing mice.Phagocytosis was not decreased when "757"was given with 5-Fu

keeping the level of using"757"alone.
