摘要

在30只狗结扎冠状动脉形成实验性心肌梗塞后进行了心肌含水量測定及心肌细胞膜通透性的电子显微镜观察

分组对照观察了中药抗心梗合剂的作用。结果表明

抗心梗合剂对心肌细胞膜具有一定保护作用

可降低通透性、减轻细胞内水肿

进而减轻组织损伤程度

减少心肌细胞坏死量

对缺血心肌具有明显保护作用。

Abstract

On thirty dogs

after developing experimenral myocardial infarction by the ligarion of the left anterior descending coronary artery

the water content of myocardium was determined and the permeability of the myocardial cell membrane was observed by electronic microscopy. With control group

the action of anti-myocardial-infarctionmixture was observed

Results: the AMI mixt. gave protection to the myocardial cell membrane

decreased its permeability. The intracellular edema was redl

thereforeboth the degree of tissue injury and the amount of myocardial cell necrosis was lessened. （?） had prominent protecting action on the ischemic myocardium.
