摘要

<正> 在应用电子计算机对急腹症进行辅助诊断取得初步经验的基础上

我们又对应用电子计算机辅助胆道感染和胆石病中医辨证论治进行了尝试

经过307例的临床验证

其准确率达96.1%。现将情况报告如下。

Abstract

This paper dealed with the preliminaryexperience of the application of computerin assisting the treatment and diagnosis basedon the principles of traditional Chinese me-dicine in biliary infection and cholelithiasis.BASIC language programme was adopted.Thecomputer made diagnosis in western medicalstyle and then analyze the indication fortreatment.To these who were indicated foroperation

the computer’s output would be:“advice:operation”whereas it wouldsuggest further diagnosis differentiating bysigns and symptoms based on the traditionalChinese medicine and givea prescription ac-cording to different types of diseases.Bycombining the four diagnostic measures withcommon diagnostic indices

we chose 43 itemsof important indices as the items for compu-ter analysis.As Checked by 307 clinical cases

the rate of accuracy was 96%.Time neededfor the whole process

counted from the inputof patients’ numbered signs and symptomsinformation to the output of computerdiagnosis and treatment was

ingeneral

about 2 minutes.
