摘要

<正> 针刺胆囊穴治疗肝胆系疾患已被广泛应用于临床

疗效肯定。超声波穴位刺激应用于临床国外已有报道

国内亦有应用于头皮针刺激区治疗脑血管意外疾患的临床报告。为了探讨针刺胆囊穴后对胆囊收缩功能可产生何种程度的影响以及超声波对穴位的刺激作用

我们自1979年1月至4月用超声波探查仪探测胆囊

Abstract

The effect of both ultrasonic and acu-punctural stimuli applied to the Dannang pointon the contraction of gallbladder were ob-served by detecting its volume with ultrasonicmeasures By comparing the results obtainedthrough 150 observations and cases in normalsubjects

the authors concluded that both kindsof the stimuli were capable of eliciting con-spicuous contraction of the gallbladder withsignificant statistical difference（P<0.01）.The effect of acupuncture was better thanthat of ultrasonic（P<0.05）.
