摘要

<正> 针刺治疗冠心病心绞痛和心肌梗塞有一定的疗效

患者临床症状缓解

心电图和超声心动图改善

心缩间期某些参数向正常值方向变化

左心功能趋于好转。为了阐明针刺治疗冠心病心绞痛和心肌梗塞的作用原理

我们用心外膜心电图为指标

观察针刺对犬急性心肌缺血性损伤的影响。

Abstract

Using epicardial ECG as an index

theeffect of acupuncture on acute myocardialischemic injury was observed in the presentpaper.This study was carried out in 28 dogs（the acupuncture group:16;the control group:12）.The results show that the extent andseverity of myocardial ischemic injury couldbe markedly reduced and relieved by acupun-cture.It is possible to increase the bloodflow of coronary artery.In addition to thispaper

acupuncture may be used as an impor-tant measure of saving acute myocardialinfarction was discussed.
