lowered cGMP

with amarked increase in cAMP/cGMP ratio（P

0.05）;while comparison between the valuesbefore and after treatment revealed

de-crease in cAMP

increase in cGMP

andmarked decrease in cAMP/cGMP ratio.Asfor hypothyroidism

the results showed that
