摘要

<正> 为了进一步寻找治疗冠心病的有效中草药

在筛选野菊花、巴戟天、桃仁、肉苁蓉、五味子、党参、麦冬、冰片、小蓟、绣毛泡桐及淫羊藿等十余种中草药的过程中

发现野菊花对实验性心肌缺血有明显的保护作用。我们用实验性犬心肌梗塞的心外膜心电图标测方法

进行了88次实验

现将初步结果报告如下。

Abstract

The effect of Chrysanthemum indicumL.（CI）on experimental myocardial infarc-tion in 25 normal dogs

divided into 9groups

i.e.1 control group

2 propranolo■groups（0.1

1mg/kg respectively）

1 CI group（2 g/kg）

2 CT（Carthamus tinctorius）groups（1

2 g/kg respectively）

1 CI+CT groupand 2 SM （Salvia miltiorrhiza）groups（1

2g/kg respectively）was studied through atotal of 88 tests.The results showed that CI is effectivein protecting the ischemic myocardium inexperimental acute myocardial infarctionwith reduction of the degree of injury andthe area of infarction.The effect of CI ismuch better than that of CT and SM.
