摘要

黄曲霉毒素B

（AFB

）诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞微核（MN）千分率随茵陈蒿剂量的增加而呈下降趋势

茵陈蒿对AFB

诱发的染色体畸变（CA）百分率和姐妹染色单体交换数（SCE）/细胞的抑制作用呈量效关系。

Abstract

It was observed that the per mil rate of micronuclei of marrow cells in mice induced by AFB

decreased with the increasing dosage of Artemisia Scopariae. While A. Scopariae revealed dosage-effect relation in the percentage of CA（chromatin abnomalities）induced by AFB

and the inhibition effect on SCE（sister chromatin exchange）per cell.
