摘要

以益气活血法治疗老年心肌缺血103例

并分别重在以益气为主

活血为辅;活血为主

益气为辅和益气活血并重。在辨证求真

常法有变的基础上疗效达77.7％。并且在普通心电图及24小时动态心电图中见到了ST—T、室早、房早明显改善。

Abstract

The 103 cases in this series were treated separately with 3 modalities

viz. mainly with blood activation

supplemented by Qi - invigoration and both blood -activation and Qi- invigoration. Under this approach of diagnosis based on differentiation of syndromes with flexibility

the effective rate reached 77. 67%.
