13 cases were divided on the basis of syndrome differentiation

into 2 groups

type of Qi-stagnation Blood - stasis and type of Qi - deficient Blood - stasis

and were treated with Decoction of Stasis Expelling from Blood Chamber

and Buyang Huan Wu Decoction with modifications respectively

together with Xuexuantong i.v. and retro bulbar injection of Guihong injections

all with satisfactory results.The eyesights .were

improved

visual field expanded circulation time in retina shortened

thus saved the visual ability partially in part of the patients.
