By using percerebral Dopier Ultrasonic exam

observation was made on the changes of blood flowing in basilar artery before and after eicupuncturing of Fengchi points in 97 cases. Results showed that there was significant changes in blood flowing velocity before and after acupuncturing in the treating group of rapid blood flowing and slow blood flowing types （P< 0. 001）. And the significance of samples from the treating group and controlled group before and after acupuncturing was also significant （P<0. 001）.
