摘要

采用放射免疫分析法（RIA）检测了43例慢性肾衰（CRF）患者和32例健康人血浆中内皮素（ET）、心钠素（ANP）水平

结果发现CRF患者血浆中ET、ANP水平均明显高于健康对照组（P<0.01）

且ET、ANP水平与血肌酐呈显著正相关（P<0.01

P<0.05）。气阴两虚、脾肾气虚、肝肾阴虚、阴阳两虚型血浆中ET、ANP水平均明显高于对照组（P<0.01）

而以阴阳两虚型升高最为明显。健肾冲剂治疗后

血浆ET、ANP及Cr、β—Mg均明显下降（P<0.01）

尤以脾肾气虚、气阴两虚、肝肾阴虚效果最为理想。

Abstract

The plasmal endothelin （ET） and atrial natriuretic polypetide （ANP） in 43 cases of chronic renal failure （CRF ） and 32 cases of normal subjects were determined by RIA. Results showed both ET and ANP in plasma of CRF were higher than the control group （P<0. 05） with a markedly positive correlation between plasmal ET

ANP and blood creatinin （P< 0. 01

P<0. 05）. The level of ET

ANP in the 4 types of CRF

viz deficiency of both Qi and Yin

Qi -deficiency of Spleen - stomach

Yin - deficiency of liver - kidney

and deficiency of Yin and Yang

were all markedly higher then those of the control group （P <0. 01）

especially higher in the last type. After the treatment

the plasmal ET. ANP and Cr

β2 -Mg all decreased markedly （P<0. 01）

especially in the first 3 types.
