摘要

以健脾补肾中药为主治疗40例慢性肾衰血透患者

并观察病者常见感染症并发次数和白细胞介素—2（IL—2）、T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果显示:中药组治疗6个月期间

人均感染次数为1.7次

对照组为4.6次

两组比较差异有显著性（P

0.01）。中药组治疗6个月后

IL—2、T

、T

比治疗前明显升高（P

0.01）

与对照组相比差异有显著性（P

0.01、P

0.05）。提示健脾补肾中药对慢性肾衰血透患者有较好的细胞免疫调节和减少感染并发症作用。

Abstract

Forty cases of chronic renal failure （CRF） receiving hemodialysis were treated by drugs for strengthening- spleen tonifying - kidney （SSTK） and observation on frequency of infection and changes in IL - 2 and T- lymphocy subgroup were made with the following results: for the treatment group

the frequency of infection per patient during the 6 - month period of treatment was 1. 7

that of the control group

the difference being significant （P<0. 01）. After 6 months of therapy

the IL - 2. T3

T4/T8 were markedly increased as compared with that before treatment and with markedly significant difference as compared with the control group （P<0. 01

P<0. 05）

indicating the SSTK yields the actions of strengthening the immunity and decreasing the incidence of infection in such patient.
