摘要

将48例气滞血瘀证慢性附件炎性包块患者随机分为口服中药妇炎灵冲剂治疗组和静脉点滴抗生素对照组。结果治疗组（31例）有效率为93.5％

对照组（17例）有效率为35.3％;治疗组月经失调、痛经、腰痛及下腹部疼痛等伴随症状的治愈率分别为70.0％、50.0％、93.5％

对照组分别为25.0％、20.0％、11.8％。两组治疗效果比较差异有显著性（P<0.01）。实验研究表明妇炎灵冲剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、淋球菌、乙型链球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等有抑制作用

对致炎因子所致炎症局部组织发生的变质、渗出和增生均有较强的抑制作用。

Abstract

Forty - eight cases of such patients were randomly divided into 2 groups treated separately with oral Fuyanling granules as treatment group and i. v. antibiotics as control . Results: the effective rate of the treatment group （31 cases） was 93. 5%

that of control group （17 cases）

and stronger inhibitory action on degeneracy

infiltration and hypertrophy of local tissues caused by inflammatory factors.
