对糖尿病神经原性膀胱病人36例

用西药控制高血糖

治疗组同时用补肾益气活血中药

对照组予B族维生素。治疗12周后每日平均排尿次数、平均尿量、膀胱残余尿量

治疗组与对照组相比差异有显著性（P<0.05）

糖化血清蛋白、空腹及餐后2小时血糖治疗组较对照组降低

但差异无显著性（P>0.05）。

The 36 cases were administered western remedies for controling the hyperglycemia

and at the same time

Bushenyiqi huoxue Chinese materia medica was given to the treatment group

Vit. B Co. to the control group. 12 days after the treatment

the daily average frequency of urination

average urine volume

bladder residual urine in both groups revealed significant difference （P<0. 05）. while the saccharified serum protein

fasting and 2 -hour blood glucose after meal in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group

with no significant difference （P>0. 05）.
