摘要

应用Meta分析方法（MA）的随机效应模型

对国内7年来单纯采用中医药治疗原发性非小细胞肺癌（NSCL）

并以化疗作对照的研究文献进行定量合并分析。MA结果显示

中医药组稳定率OR=2.10

95％CI（0.70～3.08）

资料齐性检验Q=24.24

V=12

P>0.01;化疗组有效率OR=1.48

95％CI（1.03～2.24）

Q=2.89

V=8

P>0.05。统计7篇文献中位生存期

中医药组平均335.4天

化疗组231.8天

显著性检验P=0.1489。MA结果表明

中医药治疗NSCL疗效特点为稳定率高

有效率低

但中医药组远期生存显示了一定的优势。
