摘要

应用免疫组化方法研究了白细胞介素—1（IL—1β）、白细胞介素—6（IL—6）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNFα）与肺阴虚证的关系。结果表明

巨噬细胞等非瘤细胞中IL—1β、TNFα表达水平与肺阴虚证有关

肺阴虚证组非瘤细胞中IL—1β、TNFα表达水平高于正常对照组和病人对照组;非瘤细胞中IL—1β/IL—6比值、TNFα/IL—6比值与肺阴虚证有密切关系

肺阴虚证组非瘤细胞中IL—1β/IL—6、TNFα/IL—6比值高于正常对照组和病人对照组。根据中医证本质标准和本文结果等综合分析

我们初步认为

IL—1和TNF等细胞因子是肺阴虚证的本质。

Abstract

The relations between of interleukin - 1β （IL - 1β）

interleukin - 6 （IL- 6）

tumor necrosis factor （TNFa） and lung yin - deficiency syndrome were studied by means of immunohistachemical method. Results indicated that expression levels of IL - 1β and TNFα in macrophages and other non - tumor cells were correlated with lung yin -deficiency syndrome

expression levels of IL -Iβ and TNFα in non - tumor cells of lung yin-deficiency syndrome group were higher than those of normal control group and patient control group; the IL- 1β/IL - 6 ratio and TNFα/IL -6 ratio in non -tumor cells were closely related with lung yin - deficiency syndrome

IL- 1β/IL - 6 ratio and TNFα/IL -6 ratio in non-tumor cells of lung yin-deficiency group were higher those of the normal control group and the patient control group. The authors hold that IL -1β and TNFα cellular factors are essence of yin-deficiency.
