Effects of Electroacupuncture on Apoproteins in the Patient of Acute Cerebral Infarction[J]. Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2001, (7): 409-410.DOI: 10.13288/j.11-2166/r.2001.07.019.
In order to observe effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on apoproteins in the patient of acute cerebral infarction (ACI)
120 cases were randomly assigned to observation group (EA plus Western medicine group
n = 60) and control group (Western medicine group
n = 60). The changes of apoprotein A1 (ApoA1) and apoprotein B100 (ApoB100) before and after treatment were investigated
and 20 healthy persons were used as normal control group. Results indicated that ApoAi lowered significantly (P<0. 01) and ApoB100 increased (P<0. 01) in the patient of ACI; EA could raised significantly ApoAi (P< 0. 05) and decreased ApoBioo (P < 0. 05)
and improved significantly the cummulative score of the patient
suggesting that EA can improves significantly apoprotein levels in the patient of ACI and has a better clinical therapeutic effect.
