104 cases of cervical spondylopathy were treated with acupuncture of Jiaji (EX -BL) points with defferent needling methods. In 53 cases of conduction group
the needle was inserted at the level of affected vertebral body into a depth of 1. 5-2. 0 cun based on indication of X - film
with reducing method of lifting and thrusting
making the upper limb of the affected side vibrating 1 - 2 times
and twirling and rotating method was used in the health side. Routine needling method was used in the control group. Results indicated that the total effective rate
the transient analgesic effect and long - term anelgesic effect in the conduction group were significantly superior to those of the control group (all P<0. 01).
