摘要

目的:探讨利湿行瘀、益气养阴立法组成的肾纤康汤对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎（MsPGN）患者血清转化生长因子β

（TGF-β

）的抑制作用。方法:选择MsPGN患者60例

随机分成肾炎对照组、苯那普利组及肾纤康组

并观察治疗前后各组血清TGF-β

变化。结果:苯那普利组与肾纤康组治疗后血清TGF-β

水平均显著下凋（P

0.01）

两组比较差异无显著性（P

0.05）

但与肾炎对照组比较差异非常显著（P

0.01）。结论:肾纤康汤可能具有抗TGF-β

作用

对延缓肾损害有利。

Abstract

Objective: To probe the inhibitory action of Shen Xian Kang Tang on serum transforming growth factor β1 （TGF - β1） in the patient of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis （MsPGN）

Methods: 60 cases of MsPGN were randomly divided into nephritis control group

benazepril group and Shen Xian Kang group

and the changes of serum TGF -β1 before and after treatment were investigated. Results: After treatment

serum TGF -β1 levels in the benazepril group and Shen Xian Kang group were significantly down - regulated （P<0. 01）

with no significant difference between the two groups （P>0. 05）

and there was significant difference as the two groups compared with the control group （P<0. 01）. Conclusion: Shen Xian Kang Tang may have the action of anti - TGF - β1

being advantageous to delaying injury of the kidney.
