摘要

目的:探讨针刺足阳明经穴对胃平滑肌细胞内第二信使Ca

的影响。方法:将45只家兔随机分为生理盐水组、阿托品模型组、针刺足阳明经穴组、针刺足少阳经穴组、针刺足太阳经穴组

每组9只。分组处理后

取胃窦平滑肌

制成活的单个平滑肌细胞悬液

以荧光分光光度计测定细胞内钙离子浓度([Ca

]i)

结果:针刺足阳明经穴组胃窦平滑肌细胞内[Ca

]i明显高于阿托品模型组（P

0.01）

而其他各组间细胞内[Ca

]i差异均无显著性意义（P

00.5）。结论:针刺足阳明经穴对胃运动的影响与胃平滑肌细胞内Ca

释放有关

Abstract

Objective: To investigate effect of acupuncture at acupoints of the Foot-Yangming Channel on Ca

in smooth muscle cells of stomach. Methods: 45 rabbits were randomly divided into normal saline control group

atropine model group. Foot-Yangming Channel acupoint group

Foot-Shaoyang Channel acupoint group and Foot-Taiyang Channel acupoint group

9 rabbits in each group. After treatment. the isolated rabbit antral circular smooth muscle cells were preparared and the concentration of cystosolic calcium were determined with fluorospectrophotometry. Results: The concentration of cystosolic calcium in the Foot-Yangming Channel acupoint group was significantly higher than those in other groups （P

0. 01）. There was no significant difference among the other groups （P

0.05）. Conclusion: The effect of acupuncture at acupoints of the Foot-Yangming Channel on gastric motor is related with release of intercellular Ca

in smooth muscle of the stomach.
