摘要

目的:观察自制中药凉血败毒汤颗粒冲剂联合阿奇霉素口服治疗早期梅毒的临床及血清学效果。方法:将68例早期梅毒随机分成2组

治疗组45例采用自制中药凉血败毒汤颗粒冲剂联合阿奇霉素治疗

对照组23例单用阿奇霉素治疗

2组进行疗效对比观察。结果:治疗组治疗后1、3、6、9、12个月甲苯胺红不加热血清试验（TRUST）阴转率与对照组比较

差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论:采用自制中药凉血败毒汤联合阿奇霉素口服治疗早期梅毒疗效确切。

Abstract

Objective: To observe clinical and serologic effects of self-made Chinese drug Liangxue Baidu Decoction Granules combined with azithromycin on early syphilis. Methods: 68 cases of early syphilis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （u=43） were treated by Liangxue Baidu Decoction Granules combined with azithromycin and the control group （n=23） by simple azithromycin. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in the returning-negative rate of TRUST 1

9 and 12 months after treatment （P<0.01）. Conclusion: Liangxue Baidu Decpction Granules combined with azithromycin has a definite therapeutic effect on early syphilis.
