摘要

目的:观察宁心膏透皮给药治疗冠心病心绞痛（AP）的临床疗效及其对氧自由基的影响。方法:100例AP患者随机分为常规西药加宁心膏组（治疗组）50例和常规西药加凡士林软膏组（对照组）50例

观察临床疗效.并测定疗程前后血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和过氧化脂质（LPO）。结果:治疗组和对照组的AP疗效总有效率及心电图疗效总有效率分别是92%、63.0%和78%、37.8%（P<0.05或P<0.01）;两组均可提高SOD并降低LPO

但治疗组较对照组为优（P均<0.05）。结论:宁心膏透皮给药能提高中西医结合治疗AP的疗效

提示该药能透皮吸收

扩张冠状动脉

改善心肌缺血及抗氧自由基。

Abstract

Objective: To observe clinical therapeutic effect of skin-penetrating administration ot Ningxin Plaster on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease （AP）and its effects on free radicals. Methods: 100 cases of AP were randomly divided into a treatment group treated by routine western medicine plus Ningxin Plaster （n=50）and a control group treated by routine western medicine plus vaseline（n=50）. Their therapeutic effects were observed. and serum SOD activity and LPO level were determined before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rates for AP and for ECG in the two groups were 92. 0%. 63. 0%

and 78. 0%

but the treatment group was superior to the control group （P<0. 05）. Conclusion: Skin-penetrating administration of Ningxin Plaster can increase the therapeutic effect of integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine. indicating that the drug can be absorbed by penetrating the skin
