摘要

目的:观察宽胸丹对动脉粥样硬化免血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、脂质过氧化产物（LPO）、氧化型修饰低密度脂蛋白（oxLDL）的影响。方法:取健康新西兰纯种大耳白兔40只

随机分为正常组

模型组

宽胸丹大剂量组、小剂量组

多烯康组

每日喂养相应的正常、造模、或含药饲料

40天后

测定血清 SOD、LPO、oxLDL 的含量。结果:模型组较正常组 SOD 活性降低

LPO、oxLDL 值增高

差异有显著性（P<0.05）;宽胸丹大、小剂量组均能明显增加 SOD 活性、降低 LPO、oxLDL 值

与模型组比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）

且优于多烯康组（P<0.05）。结论:宽胸丹的作用可能是其减轻动脉粥样硬化程度、防治冠心病的机理之一。

Abstract

Objective:To observe effects of Kuanxiongdan on SOD

LPO and oxLDL in rabbits of atherosclerosis.Methods:40 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups

normal group

model group

large dose Kuanxiongdan group

small dose Kuanxiongdan group and Duoxikang Control group

and they were fed respectively with different forages for forty days.Serum SOD activity and LPO and oxLDL contents were determined.Results:In the model group SOD activity decreased and LPO and oxLDL increased significantly as compared with the normal group（P<0.05）;SOD activity significantly increased and LPO and oxLDL increased in both the large dose Kuanxiongdan group and the small dose Kuanxiondan group as compared with those in the model group and the Duoxikang group（both P<0.05）.Conclusion:Increase of SOD activity and decreases of LPO and oxLDL contents are possibly one of the mechanisms of Kuanxiongdan in alleviating atherosclerosis degrees and preventing and treating coronary heart disease.
