摘要

目的:探讨胃康胶囊对消化性溃疡的疗效及其在一氧化氮（NO）及内皮素-1（ET-1）负反馈调节水平上的变化意义。方法:将本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组

观察两组疗效并对治疗前后 NO-ET-1进行测定对比。结果:治疗组有效率（95%）明显高于对照组（77%）（P<0.01）。治疗组 NO 治疗前后差异有显著性（P<0.01）

而对照组差异虽具显著性（P<0.05）

但明显低于治疗组;两组 ET-1治疗前均明显高于健康对照组

治疗后均有所下降

但治疗组明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论:消化性溃疡患者的 NO-ET-1水平有所改变

胃康胶囊可能是通过 NO-ET-1负反馈调节环而起作用的。

Abstract

Objective:To probe into treatment of peptic ulcer with Weikang Capsule and observe its effect on blood nitric oxide（NO）and endothin-1（ET-1）.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into a Weikang Capsule treatment group and a Cimetidine control group.Their therapeutic effects

and level of NO and ET-1 before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results:The effective rate（95%）in the treatment group was significantly higher than 77% in the control group（P<0.01）. There was significant difference before and after treatment in the treatment group （P<0.01）and in the control group（P<0. 05）

but the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group;the ET-1 level before treatment in both groups was significantly higher than that in the health control group and decreased after treatment

but the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group（P<0.01）.Conclusion:level of NO and ET-1 in the patient of peptic ulcer shows changes

and Weikang Capsule cures peptic ulcer possibly through NO-ET-1 negative feedback regulation.
