摘要

目的:探讨中药固胎汤对体外受精-胚胎移植技术流产率的影响。方法:将移植后14天验β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素≥25IU/L的患者237例

分为治疗A组（移植后给药）、治疗B组（验孕后给药）及西药对照组

观察其流产率。结果:治疗A组、治疗B组、西药对照组流产率分别为13.08%、15%、24%。治疗组与西药对照组比较差异具有显著性（P<0.05）。结论:中药固胎汤能降低体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠流产率。

Abstract

Objective:To study on effect of Gutai Decoction on the abortion rate of in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation（IVF-ET）.Methods:237 cases with β-human chorionic gonadotropin（B-HCG） ≥25IU/L 14 days after the transplantation were divided into Treatment group A （TCM administration after the transplantation）

Treatment group B（TCM administration after pregnancy） and western medicine control group.Their abortion rates were observed.Results:The abortion rate was 13.08%

B and the control group respectively

with significant difference between the treatment groups and the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Gutai Decoction can decrease the abortion rate of IVF-ET pregnancy.
