摘要

中医防治急性冠脉综合征（ACS）应关注以下方面的问题:（1）中药现代药理与不稳定斑块的病理。（2）中医辨证干预ACS不稳定斑块微观客观指标。（3）从络病理论论治ACS。（4）从毒论治ACS。（5）从瘀论治ACS。（6）冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的病理状态临床分期与辨证施治。

Abstract

In TCM prevention and treatment of acute coronary syndrome（ACS）

attention should be paid attention to the following:（1）modern pharmacology of TCM and pathology of unstable plaque;（2）microcosmic and objective indexes of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation for interfering unstable plaque of ACS;（3）treatment of ACS based on the theory of collateral diseases;（4）treatment of ACS based on the theory of toxicity;（5）treatment of ACS based on the theory of blood stasis;（6）clinical by-stage of pathological state of coronary atherosclerosis plaque and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
