Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of Pabing Recipe Ⅲ on Parkinson’s disease（PD）.Methods:60 cases of PD with TCM syndrome type of intermingled heat and cold and type of Jueyin wind stirring were randomly divided into a test group and a control group

30 cases in each.The test group were treated with Pabing Recipe Ⅲ plus Madopa Tablets and the control group with Madopa Tablets plus fixed prescription of Chinese herbs recipe.The treatment course of both groups was 3 months.Improvement of score for Unified Parkinsons Disease Rating Scales（UPDRS）and Hoehn-Yahr grading before and after treatment were compared.Results:The cumulative scores of behavior

daily activity and motor function in the patients of the test group significantly decreased after treatment（P<0.05）

and only the cumulative score for daily activity in the patients of the control group significantly decreased（P<0.05）.The total effective rate was 43.33% in the test group which was significantly higher than 16.67% in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Pabing Recipe Ⅲ has definite therapeutic effect on the patient of PD with TCM Syndrome type of intermingled heat and cold and type of Jueyin wind-stirring.
