Objective:To study on relationship between acute cerebral infarction (ACI) complicated by high serum uric acid(HSUA) and TCM syndrome types. Methods:By reviewing clinical data of 208 inpatients of ACI relationship among serum uric acid levels
syndrome types of apoplexy
sex
age
diabetes and blood lipid was analyzed using SPSS 10.0.Results:The average serum uric acid level of the 208 cases was 309μmol/L
with 125 cases of HSUA
accounting for 60.1%;HSUA in the patients of wind-phlegm stagnation type and phlegm-heat and fu-organ excess type accounted for 71% and 75%
respectively.[WTHZ]Conclusion:ACI is closely related with HSUA.Serum uric acid has become risk factor before crystallization.ACI complicated by HSUA is more closely related with wind-phlegm stagnation type and phlegm-heat and fu-organ excess type than type of wind-stir due to yin-deficiency
hyperactivity of the liver-yang and blood stasis due to qi-deficiency.
