摘要

目的研究不同治疗方法对于IgA肾炎肾小管损害的疗效差异。方法将经过肾活检证实的IgA肾炎患者进行随机分组治疗

在治疗终点应用统计学方法分析两组患者肾小管损害标志蛋白的组间疗效差异。结果中西医结合治疗组对于肾小管损害标志蛋白尿视黄醇结合蛋白和尿β2-微球蛋白疗效显著

具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗IgA肾炎具有较好的肾小管保护作用。

Abstract

Objective:To compare therapeutic effects of different therapies on renal tubule lesion induced by IgA nephritis.Methods:The patients of IgA nephritis confirmed by renal biopsy were randomly grouped and treated respectively.At the end of the treatment

statistical method was used for analysis of the differences between the groups in the therapeutic effect on marker protein of renal tubule lesion.Results:The therapeutic effects on the marker proteins of the renal tubule

urinary retinol-binding protein （RBP） and β

-microglobulin（β

-GM） in the group of integrated treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine was significant（P

0.05）.Conclusion:Integrated treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine has better protective action on renal tubules in the patient of IgA nephritis.
