摘要

目的探讨中药注射液加用经穴埋线治疗早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的临床疗效及其对中药微血管病变的影响。方法将62例患者随机分为中药注射液加用经穴埋线组（治疗组）32例及中药注射液组（对照组）30例。两组均以20天为1个疗程

共3个疗程。结果治疗组临床总有效率为93.75%

对照组为83.33%

治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。治疗组血α1-微球蛋白、尿α1-微球蛋白、尿β2-微球蛋白、尿免疫球蛋白、空腹血糖（FBG）治疗后较治疗前均有明显改善（P<0.05或P<0.01）

而对照组改善不明显（P>0.05）。两组尿白蛋白、餐后2小时血糖（2hPBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）治疗后较治疗前均有显著改善（P<0.05或P<0.01）

其中治疗组治疗后2hPBG、HbA1c明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论中药注射液加用经穴埋线可更有效地改善早期DN患者的肾损害。

Abstract

Objective To observe effects of Chinese medicinal injection plus catgut implantation at acupoint on microvascular lesion in the patient of early diabetic renopathy.Methods Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 32 cases treated with Chinese medicinal injection plus catgut implantation at acupoint

and a control group of 30 cases treated with Chinese medicinal injection.They were treated for 3 courses

20 days constituting one course.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group （93.75%） was superior to that of the control （83.33%） with significant difference（P
