Objective To observe cost-effect ratios of integrated Chinese and western medical treatment and simple western medical treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Totally 77 cases of advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group.Western medicine group of 39 cases was treated with chemotherapy of Vinorelbine and DDP
while Shengmai Injection and Meihua Dianshe Pill were added to 38 cases in Chinese and western medicine group.Therapeutic cost
one-year survival rate and cost-effect ratio were compared between two groups. Results Cost-tumor control rate ratio and cost-one year survival rate ratio were 552.19 and 1104.51 in Chinese and western medicine group
while 595.68 and 1299.56 in western medicine group respectively. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and western medical treatment for advanced NSCLC has better cost-effect ratio.
