Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Guben Yiliu Ⅱ combined with chemicals arterial perfusion for advanced hepatoma.Methods Totally 112 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma（PHC）were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group of 54 cases was treated with chemicals arterial perfusion

while Guben Yiliu Ⅱ was added to 58 cases in treatment group.Perfusion was conducted once every 3 or 4 weeks for at least 3 courses.Short-term efficacy
